Organizational and managerial consulting services are guaranteed by another Company partner, Ing. Leoš Šlechta, who acquired his university degree by completing a study program in Automated Control Systems at the School of Chemical Technologies in Prague (VŠCHT Praha). During his professional career, he has gained vast experience with the implementation of information systems, creation of organizational structures, restructuring of companies, securing of ISO standards, human resources and wages, and managerial and economic governance. Ing. Šlechta has been certified as a ”Liquidator of business organizations, cooperatives and other entities”.

Tax and accounting consulting services are guaranteed by a Company partner, Ing. Renáta Šlechtová, a Prague School of Economics graduate (VŠE Praha), a tax advisor recorded on the list of the Chamber of Tax Advisors under ref. No. 3092, and a holder of the Union of Accountants’ (in cooperation with ACCA) certificates entitled and " Balance Accountant ". She currently works towards the fulfillment of conditions required for the acquisition of an "Accounting Expert".

Ing. Šlechtová is also an active member of the Chamber of Certified Accountants Committee.

Ing. Šlechtová is also an author of a complex set of specimen in-company guidelines. Following customers’ requirement, the Company also prepares other types of individual organizational and economic standards to comply with those customers’ specific conditions.
